"My work is centered on supporting women connect to their innate wisdom and sexual power"
What is somatic sex therapy?
Somatic sex therapy and education is a varied modality that uses hands-on education to help expand one’s erotic capacity and awareness through embodied pleasure and sexual wellbeing. The focus of somatic sex therapy is on erotic embodiment- the active awakening of one's body through the practice of fully inhabiting one's sensations and feelings. Through mindful touch this somatic therapy helps the receiver integrate their sexual arousal fully into their body and into the rest of their life.
Some of the instructive modalities used include: breathwork, touch, erotic massage, pelvic floor release, scar tissue remediation, masturbation witnessing and coaching, and Orgasmic Yoga coaching.

Who do you work with?
I work inclusively with women and couples who are interested in healing, exploring and expanding their sexual and erotic potential. I specialize in working with women and couples because I believe many are seeking a safe space to heal and explore their sensuality free from judgment, feeling the need to "perform", or reciprocate. I am honored to offer a safe container in which my clients can be vulnerable and feel fully seen. I offer a free new-client call in which we can get acquainted and see if I am a good match. If I feel my work wouldn't serve you I will do my best to refer you to another sex-therapist I think would. To schedule a call please send me a note.

What does a session look like?
Our work together begins when you contact me and I receive your intake form, which allows me to learn about some of the important experiences you have had that have inspired you to seek my support.
When we meet in person a session starts with a compassionate conversation in which we further discuss the interests and challenges you may be facing. We clarify together what you are most seeking for in the session, and then in a warm, safe, and non-judgmental way we explore this through hands-on bodywork. The session is dedicated to your healing and transformation, and we move at the pace you are comfortable with. I clarify and maintain boundaries at all times, and will often verbally check in with you throughout our time together to make sure your comfort is met.
Bodywork sessions are always one-way, in that as the client you are the only one receiving touch. As the practioner I am always fully clothed, and as the client you choose whether to remain fully or partially clothed, or nude. My work focuses on facilitating your sexual wellbeing, so although I may make suggestions you never need to do anything you do not want to, and are empowered to say no and change any prior requests we may have discussed. I wear gloves when there is any genital touch to maintain your safety.
I hold your confidentiality and privacy with upmost respect and will never disclose any information about you, including the fact that we are working together, without your written consent or a legal order. You are always welcome to share anything about your experiences with anyone you choose.
